Yoga practice

To the extent that we all live and breathe, this truth is evident:
We can do it with contentment and comfort…..or not so much.
What makes us feel comfortable within the confines of our own body and how can we facilitate, indeed even generate, ease and grace of our own existence?

Tries at answering these universal questions, as well as the sprinkling of “Why are we here” and “What are we all about” are major endeavors of all who practice yoga. Hatha yoga is a particularly good vehicle because of its versatility and integrating potential, and it has already over the last few decades made its way into the mainstream Western thought and vernacular.

– Curriculum
Well-rounded and accessible to all levels and ages, classes focus on alignment, a deeper understanding of asana and its connection to breath and its power.
In the sense that it invites us to face our deficiencies and then to find ways to overcome them, yoga is no different than life: the greater the challenge, the greater the opportunity and the reward that follows. Yoga practice gives us an insight into who we are and can potentially become.
The following syllabus is presented only as an example, and the actual class meetings will vary, depending on the participants.
